MidCentury Chairs

I need these. Not just a want. A need. Being the geek I am, I have a couple of miniture chairs sitting on my desk at work, and now I lust for these chair oil paintings to be on my wall. Luckily I have another chair freak in my office, so I’m sure there wouldn’t be any complaints!

Nate Rooniger, the artist, writes: I’ve always been drawn to simple, well designed objects … when I discovered these miniature, designer chair replicas, I knew they would be an intriguing subject to explore. I hear you Nate! I think I have a crush but ssshhhh don’t tell him.

These are all oil on canvas, measure 12 x 12  and can be found at Bonner David Galleries, Scottsdale, Arizona …. Nate’s art normally costs between $1,000 – $15,000. I wonder if there are any prints?!

** Stop Press - We’ve been chatting to Nate Rooniger, and he’s just given us the heads up about this absolute steal. It’s an Eames Shell Chair Study - 4 x 4  for only $75! Swoooooon.
