I’ve been perusing the Design Museum Shop and slapping my hands to resist temptation. Two of my favourite finds were their fun salt and pepper accessories
I’m loving the playful element with these maracas inspired salt and pepper shakers from Japanese company, Plus Minus Zero. Totally sleek, they’re an exciting addition to your dinner table – just hold the slim handle and shake over your food. They’re not full sized – they’re 13.5cm high. £29.95
Reminding me of toys by Swedish toy giant Brio (the Design Museum suggests Bauhaus inspiration), I’m equally enamoured with the fab Norway Says Condiment Mill on the right. Made from stained and lacquered beech wood, I’m loving the beauty and quirkiness of the form. It can be used for salt, pepper, or herb grinding although that chunky look comes with a chunky price though – £55
