I felt the shopping palpitations kick in at these near optical illusion delights by Dutch designer Mae Engelgeer. Available in various colourways and sizes including baby blankets and sofa throw sizes, they’re part of her Fest Collection which was woven in the iconic Dutch Textile Museum and are made from mohair yarn. Prices range from £127.50 – £427.50 – ‘investment pieces’ for sure! Available from Wannekes. There’s also a few blankets featuring her ‘muse’, the bow, in a mix of textiles lurex, thick acrylic, and mohair.
