Stationery and greeting cards have become some of my favourite things to purchase, particularly in recent months where I have discovered that online there are some fantastic, unusual buys to be had that you certainly won’t get on the high street. Well chosen cards can end up being treasured or even incorporated into your decor and framed.
My new favourite place to buy stationery eye candy is Papergrain, a new online stationery boutique which is choc full of goodies that you’ll struggle to find on the high street and should be bookmarked for when you want the perfect greeting card for any occasion.
Featuring stunning laser cut cards by Rob Ryan for Roger la Borde (left) to the sweet illustrations and die cut detail of Noi Publishing (middle), to supercool Norwegian designers Darling Clementine’s retro illustrations on recycled card (right), there’s a wonderful selection to choose from.

With other designers including Orla Kiely, Nineteenseventythree, Kelly Hyatt, artist Anita Klein, the textile designer Brie Harrison, Sian O’Donnell of The Strawberry Card Company and much of it 100% recycled, Papergrain is the coolest place to shop for stationery and greetings cards. I could even be tempted to take up snail mail on the regular with their die stamped writing paper sets by Julie Bell (right).
Nest Goodies readers get free postage worth £2.50 when you enter the code BAMB1 when prompted at the checkout until 31/08/09. Enjoy!
