I am a bit of a Muji addict, even when it’s not Christmas and I’m seriously feeling their gifts section – I’ve just raved about the amazingness that is their children’s gift section over on Bambino Goodies, and of course had to highlight a few more favourites over here.
Without a doubt, I have to get my mitts on the blackboard matryoshka doll which is brilliant at £8.95. Muji have previously sold out of their chalkboard globe and I bet the matryoshka doll will sell out too!
The map love continues with the historic city views printed on hankerchiefs (Do people still use hankies? Who cares!), £7.95, that could no doubt double up as a wallet friendly bit of artwork. The binocular’s are cheap and chic at £2.95 and will no doubt be loved by kids and adults alike. I’m a huge fan of their ‘In a Bag’ range of goodies and proud owner of London in a Bag, so it was a sure bet that I’d love London Transport in a Bag, £5.95, although I also like their airport, station, and port in a bag too!
The skittles are a fantastic buy at £5.95 and you can get the sleek penguins shown or opt for chicks, plus I can definitely see the Scottie Dog Noughts and Crosses game making into a stocking at £5.95. Typography and baking fans will like the alphabet cookie cutter set, which is the most expensive item in the gift section at £32.95.
There’s a lot to choose from with so many chiconomy buys you’ll feel a tad weak! Or at least I do…

Some great ideas and equally great prices! Love the noughts and crosses, especially.
I had an order from Muji today, which included the blackboard dolls, the London transport toys and also some fab ballet slippers and a tweed dog. Just brilliant.
Fresh Design Blog – I suspect that I’ve found an ‘excuse’ to do a big shop there
Victoria – Ooh, love the ballet slippers (and the rest). Those tweed dogs are adorable!
