This is so ridiculous and ostentatious it’s fantastic! Clearly you need a large-ish space/open plan for this not to dwarf everything else you own. Designed by French company ibride who are brilliant at doing unusual, instantly recognisable pieces such as their animal trays that look so good they can double as hanging decor and animal and cloud shaped tables, chairs, and shelving, Martin the Mule can be used as a writing desk, plus you can also use it with a flat screen monitor and it incorporates ethernet cables into the design which also act as the horses reins. It’s made from high pressure laminate on wood with a beautifully detailed profile. Love it!
I’m tempted to tell the boyf I’ve ordered one but aside from blabbering on about lack of space, I think he’ll have heart failure when he hears the price – £3950 at Lifestyle Bazaar. Also try Bohemia Design for smaller pieces and console tables.
