I’m quite the fan of Berry Red, an online (and they have their own store in Hereford) selling vintage inspired and vintage pieces as well as Scandinavian styled products, and traditional, nostalgic pieces in their children’s section.
Even though I normally go for bolder vases, I love the apple print and curvy, bulbous vases on the left, although unsurprisingly the apple print has sold out till the end of March. The curvy one is £13.50.
As we’ll be getting our kitchen done in the next couple of months with open shelving, I am on the lookout for new dinnerware plus pieces to go on the shelves as we’ll be putting colourful kitchenwares on them. I love the Tuscan ceramic cereal bowls in the middle, which have a wonderful, free flowing organic shape. They’re £9.50 each and also available in lavender.
As a melamine fan and colour, often clashing crazy, my favourite finds were the melamine bowls on the right which will not only look fabulous when not in use perched on shelves (who would hide away these delights) but will look fab on the dinner table too, or if you’re like me, they may sneak into other rooms around the house. With a distinct 1960s vibe and reminding me of jelly and icecream, these are £6.99 each.
