I’m a big fan of UK designer Michelle Mason who specialises in stunningly crafted, eco friendly homewares and furnishings made from 100% felted wool.
These simple, elegant felt rabbits double as coasters and napkin holders but when I saw them on display at Top Drawer Spring, I realised that with some well chosen fabric/ribbon, you could use these as hanging decorations in a baby nursery. Nifty! Me personally, I’d probably make up some hanging string from some scraps of vintage fabric for contrast.
Whether you use them as coasters come napkin holders, or end up hanging them, these are some simple, yet cleverly stylish numbers.
£12 for a set of four from Not On the High Street I have seen them in red but nowhere seems to be selling them yet.
