The make-your-own revival continues and now I have aspirations to get cross stitching with these beautiful tapestry kits by Emma Peacock which are featured in the latest issue of Living Etc. The pictures show how you could use your finished piece to make a yummy cushion (or you could frame it) but the kit is your canvas, wools, needles, and instructions. These have a vibrant, circus feel and in another universe, if I had the time, I’d definitely make the ‘KISS’ cushion, but me thinks that with a newborn, a toddler, and a pile of sewing projects to finish, that this is but a dream…for now…
