I’m a die-hard fan of the fantastic countryside and camping inspired designs from Laurie Robertson of Anorak. Her silhouette’s of kissing animals across her range of sleeping bags, cushions, oil cloth, picnic blankets (Claire was only waxing lyrical about these a couple of days ago), to bedding (I’ve begged them to do double’s and king size but they can’t…yet…), to changing, toiletry, holdall’s, and shoulder bags, are the hotness, and have made some humble items really exciting. I don’t even do camping yet I want one of her sleeping bags!
I had a swoon moment when they ‘tweeted’ a preview pic of their new boats and ropes collection which will be out in March. No doubt inspired by childhood memories of the seaside, these have a chic, retro appeal, with a mix of seagull, anchors, and boat prints. Quite fabulous me thinks.
