I love my Joseph Joseph ‘Big Block’ chopping board which I featured a while back, but I’m also quite enamoured with their Index chopping board which I featured also. It’s a chopping board categorisation system that features four polypropylene chopping boards that have been colour coded and labelled with illustrated tabs to represent vegetables, fish, cooked food, and raw meat. They’re around £42 but Amazon currently has them for £29.23. Ah…I love a bargain….
